What kind of clothing drying rack should you buy?
When I was single, I had one towel that I wound need to dry, and I did not need a clothing drying rack.
I got married, then had kids, and now we have at least four towels we need to dry.
We went to Walmart and got the cheapest clothes drying rack made of bamboo sticks.
It was a big mistake. You get what you pay for. Right?
When you hang just three wet towels, it will be wobbly.
Then you try to move around; it will collapse!
But, our use case is – Indoor clothes drying rack that can fit in our laundry room.
We learned our lesson. It broke down in less than two years.
Next – we invited in a steel rack. Again, sturdy, and it’s been used for over ten years now.
So, what do we recommend?
Here are a few products to think about – clothes drying rack for indoors and outdoor.
Clothes Drying Rack Indoor
Here are a few clothes drying racks for indoor use. You will not see a bamboo rack in the list below.
Clothes Drying Rack Outdoor – Heavy Duty
Now, let’s say you live in an apartment and you want to dry your clothes on the patio.
Clothes drying racks made for indoors will not survive outdoor elements – cold, wind, and sun.
So, you need heavy-duty clothes drying rack. Here are a few clothes drying racks that could survive the elements.
Can you guess the one thing I hate about those clothes drying racks in general?
You need little (or lot) patience to make the clothes fit inside the tightly spaced rows 🙂
